The project tokenizes **fiat-backed assets** into a **Korean Won stablecoin**, known as **KRWO**, to create a more reliable and blockchain-friendly ecosystem for applications. # What is KRWO?

KRWO is a Korean Won stablecoin backed by fiat-backed asset, OV voucher.

> KRWO is collateralized by OV vouchers, with the issuance of KRWO directly tied to the exact value of these vouchers. This means that for every OV voucher held as collateral, an equivalent amount of KRWO is issued. Thus, KRWO holders can exchange their tokens for OV vouchers at any time, or convert OV vouchers back into KRWO, ensuring that KRWO maintains parity with the value of the Korean Won (KRW).

#### **OV voucher**

Open(Voucher), operated by Open(Asset) Co., Ltd., issues OV vouchers that could be converted to Korean Won are directly convertible to Korean Won at a 1:1 ratio. For example, when a user deposits ₩10,000 into the Open(Voucher) service, they receive an OV voucher worth ₩10,000. Conversely, users can request a refund of their OV vouchers, receiving the equivalent amount in Korean Won directly into their bank account.

#### **Integration with Blockchain**

OV vouchers are fully compatible with blockchain technology, allowing them to be transferred to and from the blockchain. On the blockchain, OV vouchers are converted into equivalent OV tokens, which serve as collateral for the issuance of KRWO. This means that KRWO and OV tokens are interchangeable at a 10,000:1 ratio, effectively linking the value of KRWO to that of the Korean Won (10,000 KRW = 1 OV voucher = 1 OV token = 10,000 KRWO). As a result, KRWO functions as a stablecoin, representing the value of the Korean Won in the blockchain ecosystem.

# How to Get KRWO

KRWO can be obtained in three ways: through GIMSWAP, via DEX, or through Open(Voucher).

## Obtain via GIMSWAP's Get KRWO feature

   1. After connecting your wallet, click +Add OV if no OV is detected.

2. Navigate to **Trade** >  **Swap** Page
3. Select the crypto assets to swap and set the target asset to **KRWO**&#x20;

# What is Liquidity Pool?

> Liquidity refers to the readily swappable or staked assets, available within the blockchain. To enhance integration with various services on the blockchain, KRWO staked on liquidity pools such as KLAY-KRWO and KRWO-USDT. As more users participate, it is expected that additional liquidity and diverse liquidity pools will be established, which will enable more integrations with a variety of Web3 services.

#### **Importance of Liquidity Provision**

Liquidity provision plays a critical role in **decentralized exchanges (DEXs)**. Especially for stablecoins, large liquidity pools help reduce price volatility and minimize price discrepancies in the market. Stablecoins like KRWO are pegged to the value of the Korean Won, meaning the value inconsistency between KRWO and KRW could make it appear unstable or untrustworthy. Therefore, providing ample liquidity is crucial to mitigating these risks and minimizing price differences between KRW and KRWO.

#### **Arbitrage and Stability**

As liquidity pools grow, arbitrage opportunities become more prevalent, helping to stabilize the value of stablecoins. Arbitrage traders exploit price differences between various DEXs, facilitating the convergence of KRWO’s market price to its pegged value in Korean Won. In this way, greater liquidity leads to reduced price volatility, stabilizing KRWO’s value to align closely with that of the fiat currency, Korean Won.

#### **Rewards for Liquid Providers**

One key feature of DEXs is that anyone can participate in providing liquidity. Contributors who acquire KRWO through the GimSwap platform and supply liquidity to various DEXs receive rewards in the form of trading fees, providing them with a sustainable source of income. # How to Provide Liquidity

There are two ways to supply liquidity for the KRWO-USDT token pair on DragonSwap—one through GIMSWAP and the other directly on DragonSwap.

## How to Supply Liquidity Using GIMSWAP's Liquidity Feature

   1. **What is Auto Swap?** You can input token amounts without considering the ratio, and the system will automatically swap tokens to match the required ratio for liquidity supply.\
      (Swap fee is included in this mode. If you want to input amounts based on a fixed ratio, disable the Auto Swap mode at the bottom.)

4. Review the final token amounts on the confirmation screen. Once confirmed, click **Add** and sign the transaction.
   1. If this is your first time supplying liquidity on GIMSWAP, a token approval process will be required.
